Imagine a heavy sigh here.

((SIGH))

Yup, that’s me today. 

I ended up deleting more words than I wrote for Hitwoman 19 after realizing I’d gone off on a tangent  (a FUN tangent) that didn’t help drive the story forward.

Sometimes writing days consist of using the delete button…A LOT.

(And to make matters worse, I made no progress on PCM.)

((SIGH))

Tomorrow is another day to try, try again.

I’m JB Lynn, author of the Confessions of a Slightly Neurotic Hitwoman series. I haven’t blogged in quite some time, but for some reason I feel compelled to now. Maybe it’s because I’m starting work on a new series I’m really excited about and I want to give readers a sneak peek into how my writer brain works. Maybe it’s because I keep getting messages that I should be teaching. I don’t feel qualified to do that, but maybe someone can learn something from me sharing this journey.
